Providing the Latest Technology
Media Services is responsible for instructional technology equipment throughout the campus. We strive to provide the Loyola community with the best in classroom technology and portable media equipment. We assist with web conferencing given the growing need for distance learning and communication. We encourage students, staff and faculty to reach out to us -- Media Services is here to help Loyola succeed!
Campus Classroom Equipment
Media Services oversees presentation and web conferencing equipment in Pool Classrooms across campus.
Web Conferencing
Media Services provides equipment and assistance for anyone who wants to communicate with Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc. for classes or meetings.
Library Meeting & Classrooms
Media Services reserves several library meeting spaces and classrooms for faculty, staff and student use.
Portable Equipment
Media Services loans a variety of equipment to faculty, students, and staff.
Digital Media Workstations
There are four Mac computers and four PC computers in front of the Media Services office that include document scanners and software such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro.
Media Duplication
Media Services can duplicate to and from various video and audio formats and a variety of digital file types.
iClickers
Media Services oversees iClicker administration, faculty training, and support.
