Michael is available to answer any questions you have regarding the library's classrooms and meeting rooms.
Seminar Rooms 1 and 2, in the library mezzanine, are appropriate for meetings or small gatherings of up to 15 people. Seminar 1 has a 60 inch flat panel television/data monitor and a VHS/DVD player. Laptop connections are available for easy display on the large screen. Seminar 2 has televisions and a VHS/DVD player.
Seminar 3 is a long rectangular room for meetings of up to 15 people. Its location across the hall from Multimedia Classrooms 1 and 2 makes it ideal for conference breaks and refreshments.
Seminar 4, on the second floor of the library (Room 221), is a large meeting room for groups of up to 24 people. Like our Multimedia Classrooms, this room is equipped with a podium, projector, touch-sensitive control panel, desktop computer, laptop connections, and a VHS/DVD player.
To reserve a library classroom or meeting room, contact Media Services at 504-864-7120 or mediasrv@loyno.edu, or request a room online. Media Services can also help you coordinate equipment for these rooms. Reservation requests should be made at least two (2) business days prior to the event.
