The campus classroom pool is a set of classrooms that are shared by all academic departments.

All pool classrooms include a podium, projector or monitor, podium computer with CD/DVD drive, VGA and audio hookups, an iClicker base, and a podium or wall-mounted control panel. Most include HDMI hookups.

All pool classrooms are listed below via dropdown menu. We suggest that you review the linked instructions before teaching. If you would like a document camera or other equipment that is not standard in your room, please contact us so we can provide it. Note that we require all setup requests to be submitted at least two business days in advance. Media Services staff would be happy to meet you in any room to show you how to use the equipment and answer questions. You can also review our basic troubleshooting tips for all classrooms.

Please select your classroom building to find information about the pool classrooms in that building. Click on your classroom number to open and/or download detailed instructions.

Scheduling campus classrooms is handled by the Office of Student Records. Keys for the equipment podiums can be checked out by faculty from the library's main desk for a semester. We recommend that faculty get these keys so that they don't encounter a locked cabinet when they go to teach.

As always, to report a problem with a pool classroom or equipment, please email Media Services or call us at 504-864-7120.
