Stephen is available to answer any questions you have regarding the library's A/V equipment pool.
Portable equipment can be borrowed from Media Services on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see our equipment check-out policies with regard to borrowing equipment.
Portable equipment includes:
- data/video projectors
- laptops (for presentations only)
- extended loan laptops* (faculty and staff only)
- digital still cameras
- video camcorders: miniDV or hard drive
- tripods
- USB presentation remotes
- document cameras
- VHS VCRs
- DVD players
- video monitors
- audio players and recorders
- audioconferencing system
- speakers
- 35mm slide projectors
- overhead projectors
We also have comprehensive multimedia carts, which include a laptop, data/video projector, DVD/VCR player, and speakers; we will set this up in your classroom for you.
*Media Services has extended loan laptops available for faculty and staff to use for teaching preparation, business trips, conferences, and work-related projects. These laptops may be checked out for up to two weeks at a time. Laptops must be picked up and returned to Media Services. Note: Do not leave files on the hard drive; they will be ERASED.
