Media Services oversees booking for all media equipment. Please call Media Services at 864-7120 or mediasrv@loyno.edu with equipment questions or requests. Portable equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. All equipment must be reservered at least two (2) business days prior to using it. Digital cameras and video camcorders may also be checked out from the Learning Commons desk on a walk-in basis. Please use the menu on the left to learn more about our equipment and policies.

Many campus classrooms have equipment installed in them. If you're holding a class or event in the library, most of our classrooms have equipment installed. Check the Library Classrooms + Meeting Rooms section for details.

For events held in the Danna Center, please request equipment from the Office of Co-Curricular Programs.
