Enhanced classrooms have state-of-the-art classroom presentation equipment. There are 19 enhanced classrooms in the pool.

At the heart of each room is the instructor's podium which contains a variety of equipment for using technology while teaching. All media is projected onto an electronic screen through a ceiling-mounted data/video projector. The podium includes a desktop computer, DVD/VHS player, document camera, and laptop connections. A touch-sensitive control panel brings the equipment into the hands of the instructor.

Keys for the equipment podiums can be checked out from the library's Learning Commons desk. As always, to report a problem with this equipment, please contact Media Services at 864-7120 or mediasrv@loyno.edu.

We suggest that you download the instructions below for the classroom in which you are teaching, and take the instructions to the room prior to teaching there. Note that the document camera instructions are downloaded separately. Media Services staff would be happy to meet you in the room to show you how to use the equipment and answer any questions.
