This is an online request form for group study rooms. Room bookings for room 202 and 303 require two people present with valid Loyola IDs for pickup. Both IDs will be held. Students are limited to two bookings per month. In general, we are able to book rooms up until 9am the day before the needed date. Please note that this is a request form only. Once the booking has been confirmed you will receive an email notification.  You should receive this within 24 hours of your request.
