• Ask A Librarian
  Electronically ask questions you might ask at the Reference Desk with Ask a Librarian Live.
• Request for Purchase Form
  Request the purchase of books or other materials.
• Suggestion Box
  Share your comments and/or suggestions with us 24/7.
• Request a Library Meeting Room
  Request use of our Multimedia Classrooms, Seminar Rooms or other library meeting rooms.
• Request A/V Equipment
  Request a variety of A/V equipment, including laptops, projectors, video & still cameras, and much more.
• Video Booking
  Book a video from the library's collection for class use ahead of time
• ILLiad
  Request articles and books not owned by the library through ILLiad.
• Group Study Room
  Request a group study room in the Monroe Library. In general, we are able to book rooms up until 9am the day before the needed date.You will recieve a confirmation email once your booking is made.
  
• Research Study Rooms
  Request a research study room in Monroe Library by completing this form. The completed application must be printed out and signed by your dean and department chair. (Adobe Acrobat PDF format)

  The following forms can be used to place materials on reserve for your courses:
  • Physical Reserves Request Form
    Fill out this PDF to place items on Physical Reserve at the Learning Commons Desk.
  • Chapter(s) from a book
    Fill out this form online, print it out, and attach it to your photocopy. We scan the photocopy and place it in the Library Reserves section in your Blackboard course.   • Article (hard copy)
    Fill out this form online, print it out, and attach it to your photocopy. We scan the photocopy and place it in the Library Reserves section in your Blackboard course. For more information, contact Laurie Phillips.
  • Article (online)
    If the library has online access to the article you would like to use in your class, we link to the article from your Blackboard course rather than scanning it. Use this form to give us a citation to an online article. For more information, contact Laurie Phillips.
  • Ebook
    If the library owns a book in electronic form, we can link to the book from your Blackboard course. Use this form to give us a citation to an ebook that the library owns (check here to find out what we own) or to request purchase of an ebook. For more information, contact Laurie Phillips.
  • Website or free e-text
    If the material you would like to use in your course is freely available on the web, we can link directly to it from your Blackboard course. Use this form to give us the citation and URL. For more information, contact Laurie Phillips.
  • Streaming audio
    Use this form to request digitization of library-owned recordings or linking to online audio files. We will post links to the streaming audio in your Blackboard course. For more information, contact Phil Rollins.
