Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure online course functionality, accessibility, and navigation using Blackboard and other course delivery applications.
• Work with faculty to create multimedia content for online courses and assist faculty in their use of instructional technology to enhance student learning.
• Implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of digital content for teaching and learning initiatives.
• Manage course backups and archives.
